Why is she worried that he is wounded? Basic care for a family member and humanity?

Why doesn't Raavi ever think about what this marriage and Shiva mean to her on a personal level? What does she think about Shiva apart from the fact that he is her family and her "husband"? What does she feel for him?

The makers have something up for the climax of the scene. So if they show her thinking it out earlier, then the wouldn't be able to bring that cliche at the end..I am trying to find reason for makers nonsense. 🤪
