Still I Rise is one of my favourite poems and probably the best one I have read so far! I'm so happy that it is the title of this ATđ€
I cannot believe the last AT was finished in less than 24 hoursI left the last one at page 83 yesterday and today we're already at page 61 of the next ATđ€Ș
Such an empowering poem na? It gives me chills!!
This thread has a lot of strong people. Though we have just interacted on a forum virtually, discussing about Raghvi, this is a space where we let out our emotions and connect with those who we haven't met all. We share an emotional bond which is really pushing me to say this.
You people are really strong and inspiring. When I read each of your story, all I want to say is thank you. Thank you for voicing it out, thank you for sharing a part of your life and thank you for inspiring us to be a better person. Some may not want to discuss it here and that's perfectly fine. And to everyone in this thread- I hope you get the right space to heal and grow. I hope and wish that you get a better present and an even better future.
Love you all.đ
This AT is a gem. đ
Abi this is so sweet. And I want to let you know that you are a very strong person as well whoâs extremely comfortable in her own skin and I love that! đ€đ€
Cheers to the AT and the positivity. May women come together more and be each otherâs support system â€ïž
I have said this many times earlier and I will say this again - being part of this thread makes me feel empowered as a woman. All the discussions we have on Pallavi and otherwise too. In a world guided by deep rooted misogyny, we have chosen to be unapologetically in love with a flawed(who isnât) and beautiful female character. Thatâs empowering â€ïž
I think every girl/woman should come across this poem at least once in their lives! I still remember the day my aunt made me and the other girls in my family read this one out loud, and it made such an impactđ€© And then my English teacher made us read this one on annual day as well.

I will definitely ask you my doubts soon then đđ
Yes suređ
I have always been interested in it too, right from when my mum got me into lotions and potions at a young age and ended up studying it!

I know..
It's just extremely sensitive and dark.
In January this year my bade papa was murdered by his cousin brothers over property dispute and it's been a ruckuss at my house since then. Cause after him there's no man left in my family and hence omly the women of the house have to run for court hearings and stuff.
I am so sorry sama for your loss. Be strong, this hard time will pass soon. More power and strength to you.
