After watching the Promo more clearly multiple times-

I believe this is what they mean-

Last time Virat couldn't express his feelings that he felt for Pakhi on time(Love /infatuation) & he lost her.

And he had to chose his farz(Sai) over love as he is man of duty.

This time its again the same situation ,as you can see from the last episode precap he is again saying-" Kahin der na ho jayye apne dil ki baat bolne mein"& there Samrat Appears.

The crux is this time Farz(sai ) has become his Love & his Past Love(Pakhi) has now become Farz.

So again its the same situation just the positions have ben swapped & instead of Kamalji its Samrat.

Hence, the question is -Will this time Virat also chose his Farz(Pakhi) over his Love(Sai) like last time ?

You can see from the tags on the promo where it clearly mentions-"Farz ke aage ek baar phir majboor khada hai pyar!Ab kya faisla suanyegi mohabbat ki yeh dastaan"?

So the million dollar how is viraat he is again going to deal with the situation where again he has to choose either his Farz(pakhi) or love(sai)

Its Basically a parallel of the very first promo of Rekhaji.
