And I must say, Hurrem is a really nicely written character. I am still in love with that entire confrontation scene where she was holding the knife blade in her hands and injuring herself throughout the scene.

Behen, writers ne apne nashe ka dose badha diya hai... They just f***ed up everything. Pallavi has become the epitome of dumbness (not that she was being smart in this track but aaj level cross ho gaya) and Raghav is at the second position. Just for the sake of showing the cliched ITV separation route, poora kachra karke rakh diya hai.

I so want to rant a lot today... Bahut bakwas karni hai aaj hume.

He intimidates her saying something like - do you really think you can escape from a world emperor and leave with his kids? So she just replies - if I can't leave alive, my dead body will leave. I won't let you tamper my pride.

So Suleyman actually gets very impressed and sends of those concubines and promises to be loyal to her. Because he too loved her.

The thing I dislike about the show is, apparently they introduced 2 more third angles in the later seasons.

Whereas according to Wiki and other sources, the emperor was loyal to her. In fact he abrogated the entire harem system and freed her as well as married her. So much for drama and tampering original history!

Rest, what about the second scene? When she consumes poison? For your information, she was actually guilty in that place. 😉

I won't say that I had guessed that she was indeed guilty in the first place but since I have watched and read quite a number of similar stuff so, I did have this fleeting doubt that maybe she's indeed guilty.

She was the epitome of dumbness today. She had been acting dumb since the beginning of this track but aaj to hadd ho gayi.

Matlab she legit went away with Sanki to take care of Mandy and when Sanki gave her a kasam that she would stay there till Mandy recovers completely, she acquiesced. Matlab iski khud ki life, family nahi hai kya? What if she would have had a kid? Use bhi bhool jaati insaniyat ke chakkar mein?? Mandy agar 2 saal tak theek nahi hua to kya tab tak udhar hi rahegi?? (Malum hai nahi rahegi because she is going to be back to RR Mansion in a short while... 🤪)

Wo doctor isko itna kuch boli ki isne Mandar ka khayal nahi rakha and uski wajah se Mandar ki haalat kharab ho gayi... Ye itna nahi bol paayi ki iski khud ki ek family hai jo iski responsibility hai and she cannot run after Mandar 24×7. Aai is being the voice of reason here, asking her to concentrate on her family but madam ne unki baat bhi nahi sunni hai. Upar se isko 1% bhi shaq nahi ho raha ki kuch gadbad hai.

Khud ke case mein na dimag chalta hai na zubaan... Muh mein jaise dahi jam jaata hai iske. Seems that she doesn't love herself at all.

Dimag aur zubaan ko pata nahi kaun se tour par bhej diya hai ki wo wapas hi nahi aa raha hai. 😡

Now, Raghav...

Iska bhi alag hi chal raha hai... Matlab he blurted out everything about the 7 day challenge and yet he did not show her those text messages from Mandar!! Jab challenge ke baare mein bol diya to messages dikhane se kaun rok raha hai??

Pallavi went to D-house. Amma came to talk to him and sort of samjhao him... But dono cases mein, he did not mention Mandar's intentions even once. Pallavi ko nahi bataya, maan liya but why didn't he have a proper talk with his Amma? Amma ko bhi Mandy ka sach nahi bola.

Upar se, he is saying that Mandar is doing a drama... That means that his doctor Amma is also involved cos akele itna bada drama is not possible. So, why isn't he taking that doctor Ramya for a ride like he did with Sulo or that doctor during the abortion fiasco or tying her to a chair in front of a truck like he did with Pallavi? At least she'd blurt out something out of fear for her life... Kuch to kare ye.

And his behaviour with Sanki today... Never has he behaved so disrespectfully with any elder, not even Sanki even when their animosity was at its peak. At the most, he had grabbed Sanki's collar twice in rage. Today Sanki had come to take Pallavi so, in a bid to do some emotional blackmailing, he offered to wash Raghav's feet and Raghav legit agreed for it. That's so not RR again. Just to give Sanki some leverage here, they messed up with RR.

Mann!! Both leads are behaving totally out of character here... Mandy ki script strong nahi likh paaye to dono leads ki script weak kar daali??

What the...?? They tampered with the original history for the sake of drama? Not done...

Yeah! 🤔 This is the main reason I don't prefer to watch historical shows and considering my experience with SP's Mahabharat, mythological shows anymore because they tamper a lot. Plus, we have records of specific incidents. We don't know who did what with the exact intention. So why bother?

So I am watching this strictly as entertainment because the characters are extremely grey. I have yet to watch but I have seen clips of the later episodes and Hurrem too does so many things which are far away from being noble. She is an extremely selfish person but she loved Suleyman to the bits, and her children. She can't be justified but at the same time considering the era one can also understand whatever she did it was for surviving. So it's fun to watch.

I told you, this is like Beyhadh but much more complex with the ensemble cast.

I am not entirely sure but I guess she was partly guilty and partly not. Like she did send Efsun to kill Mustafa - that's for sure. But the abortion and the death of Efsun there was more to it as it seemed and I have to watch it later as it's in Season 2.

Rest, it was about her love for him.

There is a clip from Season 3 when Afife Hatun explains how she always wondered why Hurrem was loved by Suleyman considering her plotting. But a love so pure is definitely worth bowing your head before it with respect. I'll share that clip with you later. 😛

Most of the fans are actually demanding for RR to divorce Pallavi (bas unka reason thoda alag hai) but that for sure is not going to happen... Abhi hi le lo. Aaj she went to D-house and either tomorrow or the day after both Raghav and Pallavi are being all normal, celebrating Mangla Gauri vrat, feeding kheer and all... (and kal ke bts ke hisaab se, she's probably back in RR Mansion... but abhi guarantee nahi hai iski)

First time Sanki had slapped Farhad for no reason when he was just talking to them out of concern and the second time, he had slapped Raghav so, he got enraged. But today's was another level...

That is why I said, they weren't able to write a proper script for Mandy as a villain so, they just dumbed down both the leads and messed up with their characters making them behave completely out of character. The writers have totally f***ed up.
