It's interesting what Amma said that even if the intention is good there's no point if the method is wrong. Same thing applies to Raghav as well as Pallavi.

Good intentions can't be justified with bad consequences

Raghav thought to put tracker for pallavi safety but it be seen as he is doubting his wife. He also should have let her know no matter what.

Pallavi thought she is helping her ex husband but it shouldn't be cost of current husband. She failed to understand his emotions.

Both have good intentions and right at their own place but they did need to face the consequences.
