The Ts especially Apu has put M on a pedestal, thinks she was wronged and has all the best qualities to be her Bahu. Imlie is slowly chipping away at her assumptions. Anger is very the dominant factor in her treatment of Imlie and cannot see past the end of her nose.

For the penny to drop, understand that AM were never meant for each other and did not have a good marriage, something has to happen. This kidnap may open some doors and reduce their anger on Adilie esp Imlie. As for comparing 2 wives, comparison is part of the world n society and is inevitable. Adi has made his choice very clear and it is the Ts who have to make the change to accept it or risk losing him from their lives.

The BBC was drama but it did get the TRPs and thankfully was not dragged. So thanks to the makers for small mercies.

Aparnas anger is about being lied to and being kept in dark.. she still has not tried to see situation from imlies and adityas point of views.... u are absolutely right wbout keeping malini on pedestial.. she is so blinded by the goodie to shoes image of malini that malini's obvious flaws she is not able to see..

i am not sayin imlie doesnt have flaws but that will come later.. right now only thing that matters is for ts to accept the fact that imlie is not some gold digger they have made her out to be.. this type of OTT drama helps clear that point for audience and for Ts in general..

baki toh yeh BBC was just trp game and i m thankful it paid off with any -ve effect on TRP..
