i still dont understand was Aditya blind to her this side.. she was always soooooo insecure.. from first few episodes .. she always doubted him.. so what love?
she always guilt tripped him into doing romantic gestures.. always became victim and it was all about her..
and still people didnt see this coming?
today she did it with surgical precision.. imagine if imlie was still i house.. what impact her chotasa dharna had on her?
Adi liked Imli’s vivacious spirit in PD when he first met her. But the gunpoint wedding knocked him sideways and he took out his anger and frustration on Imli with insults, yelling at her.
Imli lived her own life on Viswas on Sita Mother. Most people surrender to their faith esp. farmers who place their faith in nature to give them a bountiful harvest. Dadda was a great mentor to Imli who showed her “I am possible” as a way of life and that she was special and meant to achieve great heights. With that belief firmly set, Imli lived her life believing in the possibilities no matter how big a curve ball life tossed her way.
After arriving in Delhi from PD she dealt with life as it came and from time to time opened BS’s eyes to seeing the world through her eyes. She took everything he dished out at her and slowly but surely he was drawn to her personality one of selflessness, strength and courage.
BS probably started to notice the contrast between Imli and DD’s personalities. The more Imli gave to his family, treating them as her own the more he admired her selflessness. Over time he wanted to give her the world, to the girl who gave her all to everyone and never cared about herself so much. She never complained about her lot in life or apologize for her impoverished life in PD. She found joy in little things.
Imli knew how to give it all away and just do the best for others that only brought more love and willingness to give from T family even though Adi didn’t want her there. He was the last of the Ts to see the inner beauty of Imli and once he did he wanted a future with her.
DD on the other hand was more a taker, mostly needy for attention from Adi and his family. Being an only pampered child she got used to being the center of attention at her parents living an entitled life. Her parents fixed her problems and made her weak unable to face reality by hiding things from her.
DD was in awe of Imli’s ability to see life in a different way but never could learn to emulate her approach to life.
A healthy marriage is one where each of them puts the other’s needs before their own without stifling them with their attention and demands at the same time giving them space to grow individually as well.
