She is smart, she has been shown to be very intuitive about things around her before but right now, the makers are making her look too stupid by ignoring reality just so they can pull this MU track.

I'm very surprised she didn't start working on what happened and what caused the actual enmity in the first place after finding out about it. I thought theek hai.. Ani ko apne side me leke aane ke baad she will focus but nahi, yeh koi toh rosy sapna dekhe baithi hai.

Makes her seem really silly considering she is an adult, now, no longer a child.

They could get away with all this when she was a kid, not now.
