And, the lame-ass educated women B-com ke baad kuch aur bhi kiya ja Sakta hai na! Study, contribute, do something more! Even homemakers these days in India are earning dimes through social selling and other stuff. If the women wanted to contribute, then they could have been shown to do something.

Which century are they in?

One of my cousins had run away from home when she was in 10th with an electrician and married him. She regretted all that in the coming years, and later, even with a lack of education, she started selling sarees through social commerce!

Drama Series bana rakha hai! Suman jumping into the well is even lamer!

And, Dhara should remember her rant about Jawaan Devar and courtyard kiss gyaan to Rishita!

Sorry for ranting. I am so blah right now! Kids are waiting to find homes, and such shows which diss adoption are doing more damage

As Rishita and Raavi lie down to sleep, Raavi notices that Rishita is a bit sad and asks her. Rishita replies dejectedly that she would never be the daughter in law maa wants. And cooking cleaning ability does not matter- Rishita is family. She does not need to work to be a part of it. She can learn if she wants to help but that is not a compulsion or condition to be a daughter in law.

Rishita continues- why did Dev love me Raavi? He wants a reflection of Dhara bhabhi in his wife yet he fell for me. Now he expects me to turn a new leaf. I cannot Raavi. I am Rishita not Dhara. Rishita sounded so forlorn and dejected that Raavi pulled her into an embrace. She assures her that Rishita need not be Dhara. Dev loves her for who she is. For the brothers, Dhara is the ideal they want their wives to live up to but with time they will learn to accept their wives for who they are too. Dev loves her; he would not actually want Rishita to change no matter what he says. Rishita just needs to word her indignation better to put her point across - otherwise she is already in their team.

Rishita looks at Raavi- you know Shiva said the same statement too. She continues in an excited voice - your love story would be so filmy Raavi; childhood enemies to lovers . Raavi shakes her head- love story? Shiva does not even look at me. He hasn't even talked to me properly after the diary incident. Rishita says- oh please, he couldn't take his eyes off you in the reception party; he was so happy when you finally came back after the kangan incident; he sure has started liking you.

"Rishita stop overthinking and let's go to sleep." Yet Raavi keeps pondering on Rishita's words for a long time.

This is so beautiful. I loved reading this. RishVi bond was started off so well by the makers but they had to ruin it to glorify Dhara. This scene is something I really want to see. RishVi are the best confidants for each other right now in the mad house. They can be there for each other trying to lift each other. Both of them are facing problems in their marital life. How beautiful would it have been if we had got an heart to heart conversation between these two.

Was reading snippets of one of my favorite fluff novels: Romancing Mister Bridgerton late last night.

In that novel, the main character feels like he’s only known as the handsome Bridgerton brother. As if he has no substance and contributes nothing to those around him. He feels like people can’t see him beyond his looks. There is a feeling of inadequacy. According to him, he is nowhere near as talented as his brothers. He even hides his writing because of this insecurity.

Something like this would have been a great angle to explore between Shiva and Dev and DevTa.

Dev could have had moments where he feels like no one looks beyond his looks and degree. (I feel like I’m getting attached to the Dev I’m writing in my FF 😆). That it’s only Shiva everyone relies on in time of need. He even wonders why Rishita liked him in the first place. I would have loved watching a track like this which leads to a DevTa confrontation and them finally talking about why they love each other.

But of course, this is never going to happen 😆

And, those badly behaved kids! Sorry, but my nephews and nieces don't behave like this. Being a kid doesn't give you the license of being hooligans!

Haha I might explore this angle (or something similar) in Kitni Baatein. It really caught my interest and I feel like Dev would be the perfect character to go through this journey. So much potential simply wasted on this show 😆
