There is a difference between Imlie and Malini. When Imlie thought Adi had feelings for Malini she sacrificed her right to the relationship. She still considered Adi her husband. She merely gave up her haq to it for Malini's sake - so Malini who invested 7 years of her life in this relationship could be his second wife. She Adi's first wife willingly gave up her husband and her rights to him for Adi's happiness. She could have told T's the truth and demanded justice and her rights - but she did not.Adi during the wedding to M was very willing to stop his marriage to M - he was not even wanting to get married to her that day.
She cannot let the cheater go and wants to save his reputation while insulting the sister who sacrificed everything for her.
So let's analyze who actually sacrificed?
What exactly did Imli sacrifice? She pretended to be Malini's well wisher but had other intentions all along. And again what did Imli sacrifice? Its funny how ppl keep saying Imli sacrificed but no one tells exactly what!!!
What intentions did she have? She sacrificed her marital rights to Adi to M. She never acted like a victim to Adi. Malini is perpetually stating that she sacrificed and she is getting a temple built for her in every episode. Imli never once voiced her sacrifice or made Adi guilty nor is appreciated by anyone. She was majboor - so she had to live with the T's. The moment she realized Adi did not even consider their relationship - she left him. She never wanted him to come to her never imagined he would, did not make him feel guilty and even when he came to PG and realized his love - she forced him to go back to M.
Imlie saved M's life are you forgetting this? She did not even need to go and rescue Malini...even Adi was uninterested in saving M. Imlie risked her life to save M's - now that is called sacrifice in my book.

Imlie did not break Malini's home. Both Adi and M have stated that their marriage would have eventually failed as Adi did not love Malini. If anyone broke Adini it is Adi -go after him and leave Imlie alone. Adi & Malini pleaded with Imlie for so many days before she would consent to be with him. Malini had to lie about her relationship with KC and give Imlie solid proof of that relationship for Imlie to accept Adi. Are you watching this show?

In my book losing your self respect to fight to be in a relationship where your husband loves you and can collapse if you are not around is better than coming to a house where the man himself does not want you and the family is using you as a pawn to justify classist behavior.

At the end of the day Adi Imlie love each other and are together and this relationship will never break. From day one of the show - makers have indicated who the end game is. Imli has gained Adi's love and Adi has realized all he ever felt for MAlini was friendship. Adi has the courage to accept his mistakes has publicly apologized for hs mistakes and Imli tried everything in her power to do right for Malini. It does not make sense for all 3 of them for Adi to continue in a loveless relationship with Malini. MAlini professing that she supports Adilie getting mahaantha label but at all turns slighting Imlie and trying to delay divorce and get adi back is telling what kind of person she is. If Malini stood by her sister and went after Adi for everything he did to both of them - I will have respect for her. She gave Adi a clean chit and then tortures her lil sister - that I have no patience for and find her to be pathetic and immature. She is a hypocrite. At least Anu is clear about her feelings -the daughter is a mess.
