Q1. Name another actor from those times who could have played the role of Akbar in Mughal-e-Azam.

This was a confounding question, I'll admit, and there doesn't seem to be an actor who was contemporary to those times and a peer of Prithviraj Kapoor who would suit as Akbar. So, Prithivraj I think was perfectly cast. I was so surprised at the answers I received for this. There was so much variety in the answers, that the goals for the winning answer was highly diminished!

I thought people would look for senior actors who could play Dilip Kumar's dad. Instead I got peers of DK! The best fit answer was probably Chandra Mohan, but unfortunately he passed away in 1949, years before Mughal-e--Azam was made.

Chandra Mohan (9 goals)

S_H_Y, MujheMaarjaneDo, hasini009, Wistfulness, Alaukik, Ms. Komolika, VioletOrchid123, TheRoadNotTaken, ZestyZeniaZetas

The next best fit would be Sohrab Modi who was known for his historical roles and his commanding voice and presence, much like Prithviraj. But only one person chose him.

Sohrab Modi (1 goal)

And the winner is an actor who also won in Round 1. He also has a great screen presence and is famous for being a villain, but mostly a character actor in sympathetic roles. The winning answer, even if not accurate since he's very much a contemporary of Dilip Kumar and there's no way he could play his dad, is:

O God. Despite reading the question several times I don't know why I kept thinking the question was about finding an alternate actor for Salim/DIlip Kumar's role😆
