selection process for choosing scripts
rra = whatever work he has gotten till now has been with a lot of difficulty and it will be the same with future projects. finding the right people is mushkil. the marketing, the show working also mushkil. it could be the best work but if it's not working then it's for nothing.
industry isn't based on merit, it's on how well shows do. acting is secondary but if it's superhit then it works. as far as finding work or what appeals to him - role has to be good, has to excite him, maaza aana chahiye. if that's not happening, then don't do it. if it's boring him, then what's the point. plus, a lot of money is being invested so why waste it.

rra = takes one day at a time. he doesn't live too much in the future. jo hona ho, ho hi jayega. the idea is to keep working on yourself every day and someday he would become an actor.
