Agree with you on many points. Realistically speaking, if Sai and Virat would have been sharing a room for almost a year, there needs to be a very high comfort level between them in terms of physical proximity or an underlying sexual tension as well, considering where they stand in the relationship. However, that seems to be missing lately especially after they have come back from the outdoor shoot. The last scene I remember was Sai playfully not giving the wallet to Virat and him trying to kiss her. After that it's been all downhill. Don't know whether it's the direction, writing or the personal equations of the actors in question. I believe it's a mix of everything and that's why there seems to be some kind of a disconnect as far as I'm concerned. They have some tough competition coming up on the rival channels and let's see if they pull up their socks and start delivering.

Sorry if my reply comes out as a bit rude.

I completely disagree with this. Neil has worked in many shows before to, romanced onscreen with other actress, we also got the holi eps n the 200th ep. Neil isn't uncomfortable doing romantic scenes. Idk why always Neil is the one blamed.

As far as scenes are considered, editing was bad in the birthday track n Neil was on vacation. So theh had to use a body double. That's just once.

For today, sai is still upset with virat, how can expect her to stand close to virat?

Regarding family scenes, except the one where virat held pakhi's hand when have they stood close?

It's totally upon the directors not the actors.

His side of the hug was shown and even offscreen hug bts was released in the other costume and why go so far, even during celebrations on sets, they hug offscreen. When he has to show the heart eyes even in front of everyone in CN, he does a wonderful job. He does deliver whatever is asked of him. I will never for once question his professionalism. He is too good an artist in my opinion. He has no qualms in performing with Ayesha in front of anyone let alone solo scenes of them. Sairat used to be close in most of the Hyderabad scenes which was one of the best progression phases. It's just their phase of their relationship at this point is shaky tbh.

He deserves better than this show because of the mediocre team that exists tbh. Be it writing, editing or direction.

Makers keeps making mistakes and hence audience question hard working actors professionalism.. He was happily and tightly hugging sai aka ayesha on his nieces birthday and makers bring pakhi in between and make an unnecessary kuch kuch hota hai moment and again they were hugging on sai's function on the stage and makers show virat is uncomfortable after seeing pakhi infront of him..this kind of scene actually makes doubt on audience mind and here is the result we are blaming actor for unprofessionalism..🙁

I accept with each and every point laksh, I am not gone say anything more, because I am actually fed up, yesterday episode mei that walk, instead of that they could of show sai in wheelchair, Kya tha vo.... Even for stranger we would be closer than that in that condition. Who should I blame I really couldn't understand.... If direction is like that why actors are not correcting it, will director say each and every point like even how to walk?

If actors are at fault how the hell is director ignoring it...

This is the first show for which I got addicted after long time , joined IF and even wrote analysis but chi this is worst itv show ever, I seriously lost interest, not even one team is doing it's work properly editing, direction, costumes ,even actors. .. till yesterday even if I. Crib I used to wait for sairat scenes but from today I really wish no sairat scenes instead of these weird social distancing scenes, because it no more look organic , it looks weird, now seriously they don't look in love atleast to me when they touch eachother, jab tak touching nahi hothi social distancing mei, they look so good but ek baath paas ane ko boldho, they do the worst job ever....

Finally each and every person is at equally fault in that team and seriously don't deserve to be in top 2 position, definitely not.

My opinion is completely based on the scenes till now. I don't know if Sairat proximity is going to change in future or not but till now what I have observed is that there is a visible lack of proximity between them.

I don't know who is to blame for this, the directors, actors, PH, writers etc or each one of them because I have never seen a top rated TRP ITV show where leads don't have a proper romantic scene in 250+ episodes. Its just bizzare especially for a romantic genre show.

I don't believe in this thought that we will see close scenes after they confess, so we should wait till that time. In ITV normally couples takes 1 - 1.5 years to confess and we get to see romantic scenes almost every episode. In this show we get to see a 30 seconds scene once in a month or not even that

I can't pin point a single reason for this but the scenes becomes really wierd when it comes to Sairat. Most Sairat scene falls short in direction to the leads closeness, to the script and this is happening again and again.

Most recently Sai's birthday track and especially the ring scene was such a big let down. They put a freaking chair between them. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

If these things happened once, I think everyone would have let it go but we have enough scenes to prove otherwise. You can't blame a viewer to think about different possible reasons of why is it happening??

I totally agree with you infact I posted somewhere.

When I watch holi episodes I literally feel good bumps with all those romantic scenes.

But recent scenes such as her birthday or ring gifting or hugs it looks like a guardian gifting his niece or dancing with her and not a husband and wife.

I am not talking about the physical intimacy but at least they should show something relatable.

If this continues the show will lose its charm

Agree with you partially..

The main issues are with directions and camera angles. That wall pinning scene was huge disappointment. SaiRat close scenes ends before it can start.Their first hug was ruined by Virat holding Pakhi's hand. I think that week trps also dropped...

Virat's level of familiarity with Pakhi somewhat looks ODD.

Sometimes SaiRat's close proximity doesn't look like spousal. However Neil is thoroughly professional and knows his job. He has done many intimate scenes with Ayesha without showing any discomfort. Directors need to be just bit more careful with camera angles.

There are many actors date their costars. I am sure they are pretty much well aware of that how TV industry works.

I remember a show I used to follow which ML was engaged to one of his costars who is playing fl's sister. But one could not tell they are real life couple and his Jodi with the FL was hugely popular. Still their scenes are uploaded in instagram.

I disagree to this... neither Neil nor Ayesha are unprofessional. They are much closer in their IVs (always touching each other, holding hands). Even during their rehearsals, they have better proximity than in the show. We got many romantic scenes (Holi track, laddoo scene, Bollywood dance sequence during Gerua, missed forehead kiss). They are pretty much comfortable with each other which comes more in real than reel. If we aren't getting to see SaiRat closer than it's only because of the writers, editors. Everything is written in a script. Whom to hold, how to hold. If the writers are writing that Pakhi has to stand just next to Virat in Zillat Arena then it's not the actor's fault but definitely the makers'. If they are making Pulkit hold Sai's hands in a romantic way then it's the writers fault definitely not the actors' fault.

Neil in his previous shows had quite ITV standard bold scenes. So he is very much profesionnal. His engagement and his fiancée being on the set has nothing to do with the lack of SaiRat closeness in the show. It's the poor writing that's ruining everything.

I have pointed this before during the birthday bandage scenes...I was mighty disappointed when thatt scene aired.. the whole confrontation... the direction it was all so so so so bad... There is no point going on and on about it..In general they are not concentrating on the distance between these two in normal scenes at all...we do get close scenes...we will get so in future also like holi scene and laddoo scene..... but it's just that scene...They spoilt so many scenes...wall pinning...being one of the most prominent ones.. The general scenes seem to be lacking the required proximity.. and in the name of the script it will always be justified... always..so I.. don't want to bring it up anymore...The last scene I liked between them in terms of chemistry...both emotional and sexual was.. the scene where Virat is leaving for mission and she gives him the wallet... After that honestly I have not liked any of the scenes... And when I watched the whole Virat scolding PP after getting hurt ...if I would have been a new viewer and this would have been my first scene in the show..I would have thought that this is love hate story and ML has misunderstood FL and is hurting her for her sister.. I don't want to say much because it can be misunderstood and I don't want to tread in that direction anymore...😊 I will watch this till I can...but I don't hold the same interest for this show that I used to before...

Kudos Lakshmi...I know it would have been difficult for you to bring this up... We have interacted so much and I am certain you are too tired now to bring this up ..You have lost your hopes of betterment.. 😆

This is quite sad to see that the poor actor is always blamed for everything just because he is engaged with the other so called lead. 😕 Knowing what an awesome actor he is and how his offscreen relationship is with his costar, it takes all the credit away from him by calling him unprofessional. That's why I alwas hated costarts dating each other. Had no one known about Aish and Neil, today people wouldn't be blaming him for everything. 😕
