Plz don't be upset Mishti 🤗 You see Sid's Basic character will never change.. He'll always be UchcheBabu - Teto Teto 😂 But Sid has a deep scar inside him which is coz of his mother's early death.. He had locked himself up, distanced himself from his family except Dadai.. He still doesn't share his mother's belongings with Sree.. He was never at peace..
His siblings were either upset or scared coz of behaviour.. But now they can talk to him without being scared of his reaction.. They aren't afraid of leg pulling coz he won't shout on them.. Now they know their Dadabhai is their to save them during any crisis.. These are the things that were required in Sid's life..
He can laugh with his family, he can be silly sometimes along with Halla Party n still be The Siddharth Modak 😎
At the end of the day it's necessary to be happy n earlier Sid wasn't happy.. He was alone.. But he's gradually learning to be happy 🥰🥰
Bahut kuch bol gayi 🙈
nicely said. I do hope they keep the story track nice.

Thank you so much Soniya di, this helps me look at it so much more positively. And you're absolutely right, what is life, but without change. And in this case, we should be happy because the change is positive.
He, as Sid Modak, still has his priorities set, but only that a new priority has been added, and that being his family (including his dear Mit)❤️
Did you guys watched the epi on Zee5 i am unable to watch it. Whenever I am opening the screen remains black. Did you guys also had problems with Zee5 today?

No dear, I'm able to watch it. Maybe try a different browser?
Siddhartha's character will undergo change in terms of understanding and valuing people around him but his progressive thinking towards women education or work will not change. That one thing is really admirable how much importance he gives to career studies unlike his family who think girls are suppose to marry and take care of family.

It's very true that Sid is an extremely progressive person in many senses, but in my opinion, his family is not far behind. The only person I would think to be an exception is Thammi. Dadai, however, is way ahead of his time. He and a majority of the remaining members have wholeheartedly supported Mit in her dream of owning a store. Besides, even in the business, nobody (apart from Thammi and maybe Som) has held her back or treated her unequally, only because she is female.
I would also like to highlight the contrasting cases of Nipa and Sree. Sree has always been a bookworm and a diligent student and the family has given her ample scope to study as much as she wants. Even during her wedding with Ratul, the question of her further studies was brought up, with the family wanting her to continue. On the other hand, Nipa who appears to not be particularly academically inclined has never been forced to do so. This tells me that in general the family is quite accommodative with respect to the wishes and opinions of others, which in itself is quite progressive (for ITV😆).
Having said all of this, I must mention that there is one thing about Sid that I particularly appreciate and that is his policy of everyone doing their own work, be it cooking or taking care of their own things. This system of men reading the newspaper and watching TV while women do all their work does not appeal to him and I appreciate that a lot.
Yeah, i have to do that
So was going through my Spotify playlist rn and found something quite interesting!
Song: There's Nothing Holding me Back
Singer: Shawn Mendes
Official MV (skip to 2:38 sec):
The part I'm talking about is the bridge.
The lyrics are:
Cause if we lost our minds
and we took it way too far
I know we'd be alright
I know we would be alright
And if you were by my side
and we stumbled in the dark
I know we'd be alright
and we would be alright x2
@violet – From what I could interpret, the phrases “lost our minds” and “took it way too far” can be explained in two ways – either sexually or emotionally. I’ll elaborate on the emotional part. So here he’s trying to say that even if they are angry and fighting, they would be “alright” and they’ll overcome it together – “we would be alright”. Their relationship will not be affected by these fights in any way.
Now does anyone remember “Jotoi raag hok, jotoi koshto hok-tarpor ki?” “Anonde thakbo, bhalo thakbo!”
It’s important to note that it was Mithai who completed the line for Sid. They took (or made) the oath (or promise) together.
@mustard – Here Shawn says “if you were by my side, and we stumbled in the dark” referring to the fact that if she stood by his side through thick and thin, he knew they would have made it to the end and even if there were obstacles and problems in their path ("stumbled in the dark"), they have no fear as they have each other.
“Jodi aajke Mithai laptop ta time e shariye aanto na tahole hoi to ami ei deal ta crack korte partam na!” ~ Siddharth Modak
Ok so I’m gonna end my crappy explanation here! 🤣
But every time I listen to this part I’m reminded of SidHai so this part is completely dedicated to them from my side (and to Shawmila ofc) ❤️
Today's episode has been uploaded already on Zee5..
From whatever clips I've seen, I think Sid did realize that SreeTul looks like a Happy Couple but hasn't realized it yet..
