True dumbed down Pallavi is better than dumbed Raghav. For a change let the hero handle things.. Otherwise in all itv shows it is the heroine doing detective giri to being surgeon to running businesses while heroes only shout, cry or romance. Let the heroine relax here and let the oh so capable RR handle these things in his own crooked way.
