Okay this might sound a weird idea but it's really not got inspired by Mahii's shivi story from her latest OS and also the speculations in the EDT ki akhir Shiva tha kahan so trying to answer that.
After Fighting with Raavi Shiva felt suffocated inside the house and without a second thought went outside leaving the door ajar. Walking without any destination Shiva reached to his tree which he didn't visited since his marriage becoz he never needed to clear his thoughts as first he was clearly determined to not like that mami k behen k beti just fulfill his responsibilities towards her and he didn't got to know that ki kab apni jimmedari samjhate samjhate wo uski apni ho gayi.
He never realized aur got the time to fight these feelings in his heart for her and when finally he decided to give his 100% be everything and so much more for her he fell flat on his face from high and realized his worth that he was never worthy of her. Nobody who knows Raavi personally and she herself also will never even consider him as a potential match for her forget him being the one for her.
But now look at what crossroads had their fates brought them ki na toh woh wapas Jaa kar apni pichli jindagi jee sakte h na hi phir se ek nayi zindagi ki taraf kadam badha sakte h and when this thought crossed his mind the only thing he realised is that it's him who is tieing Raavi into this farce of marriage becoz she herself will never try to come out of it as it will be breaking so many hearts and that's the one quality he loves in her the most becoz just like him she can get hurt herself but never hurt her loved ones.

But nowadays her behaviour is confusing him to the core rather than getting angry at him for reading her diary coming drunk behaving like jahil she is running behind him like a lost child whose toy is lost and only he can give her that back and especially from last 3 days as he remains home most of the time and that is frustrating him and irritating him more becoz slight attention from her and he finds his resolve breaking his control snapping coming in close proximity with her so he tries to act double rude with her ignores her but she seems to stuck to him like glue jahan dekho wahin aa jati
Just like today morning while he was going to bath he collided with her on the door and her wet hair caused her to slip but he caught her in between but left her immediately after balancing her as seeing her like this he was getting improper thought in his mind which he was sure she will not approve of doing any of those to her so he went leaving her inside the bathroom there also evwrywhere only her scent was present and after bath when he went into room again she was there.Before he used to rush away to shop to avoid her but now due to room work he only goes there in the evening.
Thinking over all the happenings till now Shiva realized one thing That Raavi is too pure and pristine for him and he needs to do something fast to free her from all this mess.
