Why couldn’t they have showed…

Why couldn’t they have shown Pallavi as an intelligent and independent woman throughout this Mandar fiasco?

The director could easily have shown us Mandar trying to divide and conquer Raghav & Pallavi but not succeeding.

Why not show Pallavi saying no to Mandar or put him in his place because she feels uncomfortable? Why not let Pallavi maintain her strength instead of butchering her character like this? Why not show us Mandar is failing with his manipulations with Pallavi?

I would have accepted Mandar’s games working on Raghav because he is insecure when it comes to the people he loves. But Pallavi has always understood people’s needs and insecurities so why didn’t she acknowledge Raghav’s hurt with her non call and bangles?

I loved Pallavi’s character more than Raghav but at the moment I am struggling to even understand her.

The show producers really need to take a look at the feedback because lots of us fans are watching this show because of it’s uniqueness. If it becomes a typical indian head banging show, then a lot of us will stop watching.

I am still giving it a go for the next few weeks since they never drag an issue for long.

Exactly we are watching the show because how unique the lead characters are but if CV's to gain TRP add typical ITV masala and makes FL dumb then maf kariyo mere se nahi honi!! 👎🏼

Initially pallavi ko manipulate hote dikha rahe the theek hai ki she is giving Mandar the benefit of the doubt on humanitarian ground and because he is her aayi's son but ab toh she is intentionally ignoring the red flags her Instincts are warning her about.

It's high time she sees his facade. The biggest red flag tumare ghar pe woh tumko Deshmukh niwas bolke din bhar kahi aur aur hi lete gaya and upar se tumne phone krke kisiko inform tak nahi kiya.

I can still digest ki woh jhoot bolke kahi aur le gaya wali baat she couldn't catch but then she at least should have thought of informing amma and Raghav of her whereabouts.

But madam ko pata hi nahi ki phone switch off hai. She is not dumb and makers shouldn't show her like this for trp because frankly I don't think it's going to help and to be honest if by the end of next 5 episodes pallavi doesn't realise Mandar's intentions ya at least completely changes her behaviour with respect to Raghav like uski knowledge ke ya uske bina she doesn't meet Mandar ya always takes amma ya Farhad along and never meets him alone only then will I continue watching or I might take a break for a month. And when I return even them I am not sure I would like to continue watching because tbh I watch the show because I love Pallavi's character and Raghvi but her character is being completely butchered by the cvs and sicku and Raghvi are being treated like side characters instead of leads with 1-2 minutes of screen space only which is not done.

Yep, they need to remember why this show is famous and who the leads are.

I had a very strong hunch this would happen as soon as the show got an extension despite low TRPs. The channel must've demanded certain character changes in exchange for more run time. There's no way Star Plus can show a fierce, independent, and outspoken woman for too long. Sai in GHKKPM gets away with it because she's a) not fully financially independent, and b) she's constantly labelled as the immature brat because she's outspoken. Jis tarah Raghav ke liye pyaar ka definition Pallavi hai, ussi tarah Star Plus ke liye achi aurat ka definition qurbani ka bakra hai.

The production house chose the lesser of the two evils when it came to either shutting shop or keep going with the channel's interference. So now this is what "the show must go on" is going to look like for the next little while. I say we suck it up and keep watching (easy for me to say since my timezone doesn't contribute to TRPs) to help sustain TRPs and give the show more runway to reach its full potential. TV time pe on karke mute kardo aur jab tak yeh nautu-tanki chale, tab tak phone pe Netflix dekho 😉 😆

I really hate Star Plus's definition or rather say ITV definition of women!! This is 2021 for god sake and they still want to show women as mahan, sanskari, tyag ki murti, abla nari , bechari, besahara, acchai ki mishal. Hadd hai yar!! No woman is like this in reality!! And here Pallavi is being shown ignoring red signals to avoid a potential rapist!! Yeh channel wale kya samajhte hai kya ladkiyo ko?😡
