not a big fan of the movie at all....i wanted Aman to have his happy ending 💔

and rani's character made no sense to me at all...pre leap when anjali was leaving at that station ..she realized it was she who was coming between them yet she let anjali go ,married rahul and had her happily ever ...

when she realized she was dying ,she writes a letter to her daughter hoping 8 years later she reads it and does something ..seriously??? what if she had not even taken that letter seriously..was it not wise rather to let her father or rahul's mother know about it ,so that they could patch up rahul and anjali when her daughter was still a baby ...😆

friends do love each other but the lines get blurred when physical intimacy finds its place between them...attraction is just part of being in love ,does not define love ..

ps.....when the other person's personal space becomes ur comfort zone then it is a sign of high alert☺️😆

Bold: Same.

Rahul treats Anjali as his guy friend.

Makes fun of her for trying to look like a girl, without bothering to think why it would matter to her all of a sudden.

Friendzones her for #4eve and marries Tina because #PrettyGirlRoxx.

Realizes his love 8 years later AFTER proper saazish by his daughter and mother, by which point he's experienced many blessings life has to offer while Anjali hasn't been able to totally move on.

Sees Anjali in a saree and full makeover and has this shocking realization AREY I TOH LOVED HER ALL ALONG.

Confuses the girl further to the point where she is tormented emotionally and is not able to follow through her plans to get married to Aman.

And Anjali still chooses Rahul over Aman😳 Yeh Rahul got to have his cake and eat it too while Amaan was left starving.

BW gave us such messed up notions of true love and romance yaar.

Dard = Love.

Jitna dard = Utna hi gehra lou.

Dard de de ke maar hi daalo insaan ko.😳

I still go back and watch Zindagi Gulzar Hai every now and then on Netflix. Kashaf and her inner turmoil were so relatable. And her mother an amazing role model.

Ouch, then your standards are already set and I doubt any other previous Gul shows will appeal to you as much😆. Although, if you ever have time and you want to, you can give Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon a try. I've said time and again that there are things in that series that I don't agree with but it was Gul's first proper hit series, that too on Star with so much competition. People from ALL over the world were crazy about the pair. Also, Lalit Mohan was there in the direction team and the scenes are aesthetically very very pleasing IMO.

It also gave rise to countless memes and gifs which both IPK and non-IPK fans use 😆 And Daadi plays Buaaji (FL's aunt) and it's a treat to see her there.

You know, the guy who was the main villain in the show for the longest time used to get SO much hate off screen for his character too, like he legit got death threats and hate mails and his family was so worried about him😳😆

yaar ZGH is such a gem. I think I mentioned this before--I didn't like Zaroon's character much but Kashaf and her mother had my heart❤️ My mom and I used to watch it together and she'd always comment on how similar I was to Kashaf. It would make me so mad back then but I see now what she meant, Kashaf for me is relatable as hell😆

Was Sony binging all IPZN episodes from the beginning to see if an extension would be worth it? Then they saw Rhea ka baccha and they were like:

Sony: AH FINALLY! Plot twist. Let Ahaan be Rhea's baby daddy for real. Then Rhea can try to murder Ishqi so she gets to be Mrs. AVM.

PH: Umm, no.

Sony: Okay we have Karthik. Let HIM be the baby daddy for real. Then Karthik can try to murder Rhea so no one knows his secret.

PH: Umm, no.

Sony: FINE, we have Chacha though. Do you think we can put a murder spin in there somehow?

PH: What's it with you guys and your fetish for murders?? No murders happening here, NO.

Sony: I'm sorry but it's the USP of our channel. No murders = no extension🥺

Is this really what the channel's other shows are like? That's horrible!🤪

Nahi woh actually is a reference to an earlier IPZN episode. Ishqaan miss the train on their way to the resort for Sonu/Ishqi's wedding and Ishqi pretends to be preggers so unko lift mil jaaye. First she calls Ahaan 'Nandraam ke papa' then changes it to 'Nandkishori ke papa' aur full on mazey leti hain seeing Ahaan fuming😆

you just said everything i say whenever i argue with people shipping rahul anjali 🤣..he was such a jerk most of the times...i loved loved Salman as Aman in that movie...they had such a contend and peaceful chemistry between them...his understanding and love for her without questions and then end mein he still chooses her happiness 💔😭

that is what i said...for him love was physical attraction in both instances..be it with rani or realizing his love when he sees anjali ka pallu flying 😆

and how do you not even bother to look up your bestie for 8 long years...that movie had so many bloopers and illogical stuff...the most embarrassing was showing Tina from Oxford 🤣

and yes my PS and your Red🤣...ek do baal jo safed hue hai it was not due to Asian paints ..experience 😎🤣

Nandakishore was buaji's word too, I remember watching 2-3 episodes with my cousin, she would hold her head and say that

I can almost certainly say there will be no Parakshita on our screens for the next couple of years at least.

Zero chance on TV; smaller chances for a web series.

In this era of hate/forced marriages on TV, my three current ships haven't been too bad

Ishqaan- no forced marriage

Pranbir- no forced marriage (a very nice ship in an otherwise thoroughly messed up serial; the guy's characterisation here has been really, really good, and there are practically no MU's between the leads. If any, they get resolved fast)

RaghVi- forced marriage, but their post-marriage has perhaps been as normal as you'd get in an semi-arranged marriage. Marriage promo suggested that wife would "tabaahfy" hubby, but nothing like it so far.
