It is, of course, her battle to fight, fully agreed, and I have always wanted her front and center here. It would be too uncomfortable to watch two men play tug of war with her as if she's an object. It's actually lovely to watch that while Mandaar is trying to 'claim' her, Raghav is consistently respectful of her wishes. It makes for excellent contrast. She had very much made her choice though, she's not conflicted on that front at all. Mandaar's creepiness can't be pinned on her.

Yeah Mandaar had made me also damn uncomfortable, and Pallavi bhi visibly disturbed hoti hai whenever she's around him. But to cut off a family member completely, especially one recovering from trauma...it's easier said than done, and so far uske paas koi wajah nahi hai. That's why I'm really hoping Raghav tells her about all the crap Mandaar says behind her back, so she can be more on alert.

i agree with both you, i just wish she draws those boundaries around Mandaar soon. We will have to be little more patient, she will do it. From her POV she still helping a sick person, who is just trying to place things.

To point out, today she totally told him off that he could have called Amma and checked upon her, there wasn't a reason to panic. But Mandaar camouflaged it with his mental trauma. When she voiced out her fear and helplessness to Raghav and how happy she was at the fact Aai supported her, i totally get her relief.

She is young and i am sure she will make some hasty decisions, but one thing she is absolutely certain is that she will never be away from Raghav, not even when he gave her the freedom to do so.

Mehendi hai Rachne Wali since we already see that's gonna happen in the BTS & that is what the Pallavi's character was promoted the most on. That she doesn't let anyone apply Mehndi to her. It's gonna be a poignant scene.

@bold that’s what I am saying, she did make it clear many a times, but since Mandar isn’t able to understand and take the ‘no’ because probably his ego is hurt or whatever

But when she realizes that it is not working the way it should, it’s better to back off

Like she did last time and declared that only Sharda and Milind are her family

Rest of all she doesn’t even care about

And for that to happen, she needs to let go of the feeling of obligation towards Deshmukh family

I don't think there is any obligation towards Deshmukh family anymore. Family for here over there is Ayi and Millind (Nikhil and Amrutha too) and she is not obliged to reciprocate their love for her because the feelings are mutual, genuine and unconditional. I would've loved for her to be more perceptive in Mandhar's case but looks like she will need more direct and explicit hints along with caution from someone she trusts like Ayi and/or Raghav to understand his true intentions.

She is clear in her stance with Raghav

But she needs to assure Raghav of it now at utmost priority

Because he has always been secondary in life and it’s she who kept him primary first

Oh yes, absolutely. I'm dying for something to trigger the realization ki yeh creep seedhe baat sunne nahi waala, so let her say to hell with him. Sooner she reaches that level, sooner we can stop putting up with his creepy harkatein and creepy BGM. She'll get there soon, I'm sure of it.
