@bold- Dear it seems ravi and sargun internationally went for cheap and not well-established actors for their first production as it will be easier to run the show financially if the actors are not established well-enough to be able to have much negotiating power when their salary is being decided.
actually I liked Sargun a lot from her regional films and I watched her and Ravi in Karol Bagh years ago, quite disappointed at the way they’re shaping this story. I guess you’re right, they probably didn’t want to take any chances with the budget
