Ofcourse..but she hasn't been shown to be in love yet..maybe attraction..yes...atleast I don't really understand what exactly she feels for him right now.. its a bit more than friendship and having no clue abt love..so on the safe side she keeps abt ' starting ' with friendship..

Suman asked Gaumbi directly why he ran to his wife first, the other day when they both fell. I don't want to reveal too much, watch the episode because there is a scene prior to her asking Gautam, that will tell you why she asked him, unless you want to read the LU😆
