I don't know what the writers are trying to show. They have turned Dev into a total asshole😵 Ishwari ka toh kya hi kahu... looks like she somehow time travelled to medieval period. And Sonakshi is.... just there.🤔 She still can't figure out anything. And Soha is slowly turning into a dangerous definition of problem child.

This is becoming intolerable. Where is this heading? Towards a deadly crash I fear.

exactly. i don't know itna rota hua dikhaya tha usko season 1 me. itna character backtrack toh kaise hi ho sakta hai.

dev i can understand he didn't really redeem himself. but ishwari had immense growth.

gkb also had grown , much more than ishwari, kya hua makers ko.

matlab season 1 had writing issues but is season me toh i can write a whole thesis on how bad it is.

In season 1 they did a poor job of cleaning up the raita. But they hadn't made a soggy mess like this. I actually quite like season 1 till that leap. By that, I no way mean that I like all the kands Dev & his Goddeshwari Mummy did....but I think the storytelling was pretty fine. Whatever they did highlighted their flaws & mindset. They should have handled the post leap story better. Instead of that ridiculous Khatri track & Maa Beta flipping over so suddenly, they could have shown some character growth, some realisation (As a part of that growth. Without any drama), some repentance & some genuine efforts to make amends. Then it would have been fine.

This season is just horrible 😵 No solid concept or story, no logic, no consistency, no character development..... NOTHING! I mean.... even if we were to take it as a "Nayi kahani" & not relate it to the previous seasons, it beats me how Sonakshi could stay with such a jerk of a husband & that vamp of a mother in law? The lead couple look like they were thrown into a forced arrange marriage & have been forced to stay together since then. The Mother in law simply hates her Daughter in law because she married her son & wants to drive her away. And our poor heroine just keeps tolerating every shit thrown into her way & still defends her husband & sasural in front of her baba. All these..... without any backstory or reasons. Itna sadistic toh shayad Kekta ke dramas bhi nahi hote hai

I am at a loss of words here. I don't understand why they are making everything so negative? How are they going to give a happy ending after all these? It would look so so ridiculous🤪

Exactly i mean idk how ishwari will redeem herself at all after this. Dev toh didn't redeem himself in season 1 also ab toh kya hi karega.

They are making everyone and every situation very black and white in the guise of making it neutral. Ishwari's character butchering is terrible to watch.

They did a very blotchy job at showing his redemption....but his character did have a positive growth towards the end of the season 1. They skipped the realisation & repentance part & just changed him overnight. But he had grown when he took care of Preggo Sona, then in season 2, took care of Shubh & supported Sonakshi in her ambitions.

Ishwari toh literally begged for forgiveness from Sonakshi in season 1 & since she came back treated her very respectfully. Even better than GKB & sometimes even better than Dev. When Dev was into all that possesive psychopanti, it was Ishwari who made Dev understand Sonakshi's point of view & told him that he was not to harras her like that. During the Vicky exposure Ishwari even admitted that Dev was wrong in many situations so far, one of them was throwing Sonakshi out.

Somehow I just can't imagine this Ishwari & this Dev doing whatever they are doing in this season. It's like total backtracking. And even after all these growth they can go back to their previous snaky selves, then another redemption or change wouldn't even mean anything. What's the guarantee they wouldn't be going back to their regressive selves again? The change of writers have totally destabilized the characters.

They have somehow made Sonakshi a confused soul. Not regarding Ayush. But regarding her approach towards Dev & Ishwari.

Yes I do beleive the change of writers has been terrible decision. This new writer apparently is notorious for loopholes.
