Why is Sunny Leone not arrested?

If Raj Kundra is arrested for operating p apps, what about sunny leone? She has an app of p videos of herself and they are still operating and she makes money from them. So why is she not arrested too?

cause maybe she produce all her videos abroad and doesnt operate from india.

The production and distribution of p0rn are illegal in India. Sunny Leone never produced or distributed p0rn in India. She was based in Canada when she was a p0rn star.

Raj Kundra produced and distributed p0rn in India. That is why he is arrested but there is no case against Sunny Leone. Also, I could be wrong, but I think the Raj Kundra case is deeper than just making and distributing p0rn. It appears he tried to exploit women and people turned him in.

I have no problem with people making and distributing p0rn. But exploiting and misleading people is a huge no-no.

Sunny Leone don't operate HIGH END Prostitution business.

She doesn't exploit innocent girls by casting them in adult p0rn in the name of web series.

She had acted in P0rn in her past. Her website and App is being operated from Canada and has NOT ADDED any recent p0rn videos after she started working in Bollywood.

I just have one Q..were these apps famous? as in just curios why were people not talking about all this before the arrest? or was he not making it official that he is doing all this? this was being done secretly / undercover..? a bit confused

I have heard rumors about his apps online for at least a year and I’m just a random person who doesn’t even live in India. The people within those Mumbai circles must have known for sure.

This scandal goes much deeper than p0rn. Not only was he harassing women, he was using this money and funneling it to cricket betting apps.
