I totally understand this law of our country but when a person declared dead by the police department due to some reports. Here the accident was happened on the road not in a remote place but in place where a person can be recognised by the people... then how come the person came back alive after declaring dead... Means either he is a wrong person or they declared a wrong person dead... Even though they declared a wrong person dead what is her mistake in that... That was officially declared by the police and these 2 years she faced alot in n out of the home and she also forced to get married again too by her mother... Finally she got that happiness now even though he came back the second marriage should not be ger annuled... It's not fair...
