Raghav at the end of the day is damn possessive of the people he loves and Pallavi is someone he loves with all his heart. Like he says in the confession, his life was meaningless before Pallavi came into his life and Pallavi gave him all the happiness he craved for but never expected he would get - unconditional love, acceptance and getting over his guilt. Why on earth would Raghav let Pallavi walk away from him given that he knows Pallavi too loves him and not Mandar. I feel the hospital adha confession is so much beautiful now because Pallavi started to confess her love to Raghav even before Mandar was in the picture. Mandar coming in just opened her desperation to tell Raghav what he means to her but she was in love with him all along. Even Raghav knows that.

Raghav is not going to leave her alone in the d house( if this really happens)at any cost now. Also he very well knows how this Deshmukhs are, he already told them they don't deserve pallavi at all.

Completely agree with you pallavi realised her feelings before mandar's entry and it was her desperation to tell him before things go out of control.
