So let me get this straight.

Shiva is doing all this because he thinks his Gadheri hates him. So to get her attention, he keeps on fighting with her because at least then her focus will be on him and not his brother because he believes she is in love with his brother.

Raavi is doing all this because she think her Gadhera hates her due to her being Maami’s Bhatiji. So to get his attention, she acted as though she’s in love with Dev because that’s the best way to get a reaction out of Shiva so that he pays attention to her and stops ignoring her.
