But after Avengers the same Steve Rogers wasn't there anymore

I agree CAWS was a great movie

But again in Civil War his arc went downhill

Even in IW his arc was better than in Endgame

And I do agree after whatever Steve went through he deserved a good life but going back in time and messing up the time isn't right

Especially when you aren't the one chosen by Time Stone unlike Strange

Steve Rogers started out as a person way before of times in modern era and how he navigates around with his friends Bucky and Sam

And the Bucky for whom he fought so much

How did he let him be in modern life so easily?

The character arc ain't bad...

It's always confused!

Idc about him messing up time bcz honestly, I never bought the entire time travel solution they tried to sell. I ignore it and see the movie for the fanservice it is, with the callbacks and all, but even with time travel there were far smarter ways to carry it out. They also sneakily put in the "one solution" from Dr Strange, so any complaints you have can be squashed easily

And for leaving behind Bucky, I understand that this was Steve trying to put himself first, for the first time. Not Bucky or anyone else, but himself. And while I can appreciate that, I don't understand why the Sharon angle had to be done if Peggy was endgame... it's now very messed up 🤢

Also, I'd rather he decided that his happiness lay in this world now, with the friends and comrades he has come so far with. He could've accepted this timeline and made peace with his past, but no he had waste whatever character progression he had here He started out as a man out of time, and he ended as one too. Ruined his entire arc for me

The Carter arc is extremely messes up

They shouldn't have done Sharon's arc

And not even show Peg with Daniel Sousa if Steve and Peg where the Endgame
