Kids should learn to share but it should not be forced on them especially if they don't like it, sharing should not come out of compulsion but rather out of love and compassion. Forcing someone to share would only breed resentment, because that is how not just kids all humans are like that whether they admit it or not.

Also if they want all their kids to learn about sharing, they should make everyone share stuff with Ayush, make shubh also share his things with Ayush, make Golu share his things with Ayush why only Suhana is expected to share her stuff? Couldn't Ishwari have given Ayush Shubh's mug instead? All of this will only make Suhana hate and resent Ayush unless one of the parents intervene.
