It’s a mughlai dish, paratha mein bohot layers hote hai, made of flour, it’s reallg tasty! But no one has it just by itself, it’s meant to be had with a side dish and ishqi has ordered gulab jamun with it 😂

it is parhata with layers ... the way you roll out the dough for parhata ...
