Yes T family accepting Imlie because of her winning some society competition would have been super LAME😆. Matlab usme kya emotional depth hai? So acceptance was never going to happen with the trophy. It was just another way for Imlie to make the family happy.

I want them to get a proper recap of Adi-Imlie journey. They need to know the entire background of the forced marriage still. Also I want them to know that Imlie had tried to leave T house 2 times. One after Adi's marriage & that she was shot to prevent her villagers from stopping Adi leaving her.

And the 3rd PD trip. Let them also know that Adi had lied & actually gone to PD to bring her back. Inhe toh apne bete ne kya kya kaand kiye hai pata hi nahi hai. Ek baar pata chale phir Imlie ne phasaya aise bolne ke liye kabhi zubaan nahi khulegi. Also how much Imlie prevented Adi from revealing the truth to save AM marriage & the family's happiness.

I understand your dread with Didi being omnipresent but I think we will not get her inclusion directly. Ek toh I don't think Adi-Imlie are tactless enough to invite Didi to participate in their wedding. I mean yeh log bhi bff & Didi Jaap abhi philaal token hi kar rahe hai. And with T fam coming on board it will limit Didi ki mahanta as well😆.

I don't think we will get a leap in the show. What is the need? They can show their day to day tracks as they have been doing from the start. We still have so many things to be explored with Imlie still studying, Adi may go away on assignments, we also have Rupi Di ka track to be explored, Didi ki lowwe story bhi hai hi. I hope they add some PD krantikari related track as well. SK ko bhi toh thoda scope dena chahiye to do something. So I don't think an abrupt leap ka chance hai right now.

T fam will still keep giving sympathy to Malini post acceptance of Imlie also I feel.....lol the guilt is strong in Aparna too and AC/Malini types know how to use that well.

Re: Leap....need ki baat nahin hai......lol as Fary said, leaps happen without any need/logic in shows....but in this case, I don't see any leap happening anytime soon.....they have plenty of drama to build around extended family and ofcourse Didi being inserted into every storyline for the same bechaargi😆.....until TRPs remain steady with all that, they won't go to a leap.

@green: Haan it was obvious all along that they were setting up a contrast....Adi was speaking for what any average person would say about the bahu competition, so that clearly showed writers ka self-awareness about the perception of that track.....and that is why it was never cliched saas-bahu cuz they had a character like Adi pointing out that winning a competition doesn't prove anyone's worth or standing and Imlie also completely agreed with that - she clarified at multiple points that this was just another way to manaao the family, nothing else.....ismein koi itna literally lene ki baat nahin thi that people have done hungama over for so many days.....matlab literally yeh waali baat hai aajkal from most folks:

Adi-Imlie were at a stalemate with the family after Adi had done all his declarations toh ab uske baad kisi ko toh kuch effort daalna hi tha jaise bhi to atleast start engaging with the family.....sirf stance lene se baat nahin solve honi thi and that is what Imlie's efforts are showing here......which is why Adi also has gotten invested in her win now cuz he's starting to see how much these efforts mean to Imlie as a way of connecting to the family and he wants to do it for her sake to support her.

The competition also served the purpose of getting T family acclimated to the reality of Imlie being Imlie Tripathi.....seeing her in the competition as their bahu, seeing her shaadi ki sari, seeing her and Adi dancing together.....yeh sab indirectly was adjusting them to the reality even if they aren't ready to accept it yet.

@bold: Yes, nod to kismat is long overdue....sooner or later sab log Adi-Imlie ko kismat ka faisla bolte hi hain😆.....let's see if Aparna also gets to that realization.

Mast gif.. but you see point ke liye thodi dekhna hota hai show..woh is too much rofl a lame dance practice 8s all you need for episodes to be the best again ignoring why it is is there in first place ..Word about they had to start the communication so used this warna kya bas kone main hi chup ke bhaithi rehti as if if is sustainable. I don’t know what to think about the whole Malini thing today- was it all just to heavily guilt trip Adi? Is she going to flip as usual and be Mahaan again- or is it something else? I am going to wait and see what you guys thought about all of this. Maybe it’s just me - I am just put off a bit with all of that
