SP would've also had plenty of drama and MU's (the type we folks here normally don't like to watch). One of Sonu or Kartik would've definitely been a villain, and perhaps even Kartik's mother too.

SP's 8.30-10 shows are pretty much trash for the modern generation of viewers. MHRW and SAAKK which aired at 6.30 and 7 a bit more youth focused and have better storylines, but don't rake in as much TRP. Ghum perhaps somewhere in the middle.

SP yanked SAAKK off just weeks after it lost its leader slot to Udaariyaan. Some rumours that MHRW could go the same way too- they've now got the Ghum director on board.

Ahaan on SP would've also perhaps been a MCP hero rather than the softer" thanks, sorry, ok I'll do what you say" types that we're seeing now.

This serial could've worked in the SP 6-7.30 slots too (but TRP would've been an issue with SP being ruthless these days)

Sony IMO still remains the best choice for serials with relatively saner storylines and characters, albeit their style of ending new ones is a bit worrying too. Just that newer shows should probably launch after KBC, and their makers should probably sign a fixed 7-8 month contract with SET India.

sony shows used to get good trps early on...wonder what happened later...the viewership has decreased and so has the reach ....i remember travelling and half of the hotels did not even have sony channel...

earlier CID used to get a 3 plus trps and bade acche lagthe hai 4 plus ...now fictional shows however good they are hardly crosses 1....so many shows sony has scrapped over the years half way destroying them instead of finding a proper solution to their rating system...or else as kanika said have finite shows for 6-8 months with a pre planned story and end it irrespective of the ratings

IPZN would definitely have worked on other channels but then they would have destroyed the show and the characters too...hate marriage,humiliation ,vamps etc etc....this rhea pregnancy is just a glimpse of the terror called trp

i watched just one or two episode of that jaadu jinn show...gosh that female lead was unbearable..she spoke like a 5 year old and behaved like a 2 year old🤢😆

I didn't know paune saat too, but I know 7:30 is saarhe saat so assumed that it will be 6:45 😆
