In this particular scene Kartik is tryna dissuade (on purpose) Sarla aunty and others from announcing the wedding of Ahaan with the third angle by saying it's ominous to do it in presence of Kaali Billi (With a reference to what Sarla aunty calls Ishqi at other times)
