Alakh ..i doubt woh sirf maze le raha hai...he seems to genuinely care and adore her a lot ,the efforts he takes for her...any girl would fall for him...bolte hai na..jo tumhare nakhre zindagi bhar utha le aisa koi dhoondo and he comes across as that type..she is young and very expressive hence one can see her feelings ...he is more reserved and mature at least before camera...and definitely does not come across a guy who would lead on a girl...

Where did that scene go that came in precap where Ishqi took Savi to hospital after restaurant drug spilling and Ahaan saw her there.

Yes, and in interviews etc, she acts so mature. When we see her around Param it becomes so apparent that she is a teenager in full bloom. 😆

Maybe not lead her on etc; but he surely likes the attention. Yes, he does seem to dote on her.
