I'm talking about the current track since hospital scene is being shot. If Sai doesn't take the drastic step then why are they shooting the hospital scene.

I agree, but we can't jump to any conclusion just because they're shooting a hospital scene. Maybe it can be that Sai meets with some accident or someone tries to kill her.

It’s also because they don’t want another trend or backlash before the upcoming track with the audience being all riled up.. they are playing it safe this time.. but I guess half the fandom is unhappy with the suicide track..
