I think it was chnage of costume for him so he was unbuttoning. This seems first episode.

Yes, they are speaking Marathi. When Nawaz said 15 days for pack up, she said it hurts here and her head is spinning by crying. I think Akshita got better at speaking Marathi during her last show. There was a Marathi family and her costar was Marathi. She said at the launch of the show that she is learning now.
