I'd like to mention 'Parichay', 'Mukti Bandhan' and 'Phoolwa' as well.

How could I forget parichay. That show was really good.

I really don't find her 'amazing actress'. So yeah not going to talk about her much.

& to each their own.πŸ€—

Didn't watch any interviews and just watched the show and I was pretty impressed ITV could pull off such a twisted character so well till the end.

Reminded me of KV's portrayal of the psycho husband Viraj Dobriyaal in 'Saubhagyavati bhava'.

yeah but the initial storyline was quite unique compared to its contemporaries.

Talking about south movie industry, there are some decent movies. I have watched 1-2 Malayalam movies recently, and I liked them. I have heard from a friend of mine who’s more into Malayalam movies that some of them are really good. I even watched this telugu short film sai starred in - β€˜strangers’ and liked it as well. I like the fact that these movies are meaningful, close to real life and leads are not bragging about unnecessary stuff. Plus I have a certain appreciation for how down to earth South Indians can be, so finding myself a bit gravitated towards the movies and the culture lately, wanting to know it better.

Kv was class apart.πŸ‘ Viraj dobriyal was truly twisted character. He overshadowed everyone in that show. Other one didn't like in fact found that one quite trashy.πŸ˜†

It's not easy to undo an issued death certificate- in real life, he'd be in and out of courtrooms for years, trying to prove he's actually the dead Mandaar and not someone committing identity fraud. Obviously that's not going to happen here...real law has no bearing on how ITV law works. Law will bend according to what story they have in mind, so let's just let it play out na.

Exactly....Mandar DC would be big issue....i tried to answer few times on a thread yesterday which I thought was spreading panic with words like EMA and FD riot....but I realized no matter how much we explain ..nay sayers will say nay.

The only shows which I totally loved were Yeh Unn Dino ki baat hain for the authentic 90s feels and Kahan Hum Kahan Tum. I loved KHKT until they turned everyone negative for TRPs. YUDKBH truly had beautiful tracks and the story was paced really well.
