Awwww...Kahaan se laate ho yeh saarein videos on Rajeev?😍 I didn't even know these videos existed where Rajeev is being mentioned by everyone else in the industry.

Like I'd mentioned earlier, I'd never seen any male lead or any actor on Indian TV experience true stardom, like Rajeev has. His following was that of how a BW star has on TV.

The convo is adorable.. Harshad says, that he measures every character he does to "Sujal", as he remembers the crazy following Rajeev has when he attends award shows. He says, he'd seen the crowd sway in cheers towards Rajeev when he walked on stage. To which Rohit agrees saying, "Massive yaar! Remember what happened during ITA?"☺️😆

I also remember Shayantani mentioning on Juzzbatt, how she has a huge crush on Rajeev since his Sujal days. I also remember another Juzzbatt episode, where 3 guys from TV are sitting in front of him (New generation kids, so I don't know their name). One of the guys says, 'Sir aaj bhi iss desh ki saari ladkiya sirf aapko chunegi date pe jaane keliye' or something and Rajeev blushed😆 I though that was really sweet of that guy to say. Do you know which Juzzbatt episode that is Sush?

Why didn't anyone cast Rajeev & Aamna in another show after KTH? 😳 I was always hoping to see them together in another show. Sad they didn't get another chance to do another show together.

They did get together and did a Pak show called "Sun Leyna" and were also scheduled to act in a show called "Hum Do Humare Do". They shot for the promo of Hum Do, but the show didn't take off due to some reasons :(

There was an interesting discussion that happened in the previous pages, speaking of Ekta's obsession of wanting to cast Rajeev and Surveen (Chaaru from KTH) together. Apparently the Sujal-Chaaru track was what prompted Rajeev to walk out from KTH. In the end, Ekta did bring Rajeev and Surveen back in Haq Se😆 When asked in an interview, she said she never repeats her pairs in shows. (A big lie, she's repeated Hiten-Guari to death, even Ram and Gautami)

Yeah IDK why, but she should've got Rajeev Aamna back. She should've made hay while the sun shone.

But I strongly felt, Rajeev didn't wanna have anything much to do with KTH or even Aamna for that matter, cause apparently they were ex-flames by the time Sunn Leyna got over and Hum do got scrapped.

I also believe he didn't want to do much with Sujal / KTH / Aamna, (with the exception of the small cameo he did in Hongey Judaa Na Hum to promote his film..he was also married by then) cause he was trying his to break free from his Sujal image and would get a tad bit frustrated whenever people only remembered him as Sujal, even when he tried making his name in other shows. Getting paired with Aamna would repeat that motion.. but I guess, producers might've caught wind of Rajeev's goals and what kinda projects he wanted to do.

That was long ago though.. now he's grown as an actor and established himself (in his eyes! But for us? he got established the moment he appeared as Sujal Garewal..it was that iconic😆) and so he now remembers KTH fondly and takes compliments graciously😆 Rajeev and Aamna are chilled to work with each other now too.

Unfortunately, her twin brother's death was the driving factor of the story, without it there wouldn't be much except your typical obsessive lover. Then again, Hadi fell in love with Khaani because she refused to cower in front of him. He probably wouldn't have looked at her twice had she been the Khaani before the tragedy. Khaani's brother's death is what gave her strength otherwise she was known to be a weak, scared, timid person.

Lol the romantic scenes in the OST came in the form of Hadi's day dreaming or were filmed specifically for the song. I was worried that she may fall in love or the secret admirer thing would pan out but nothing of that sort happened. In most Pakistani shows abusive people and criminals do get their comeuppance. There are those shows where the wife goes back to the cheating husband but most of the time the dramas send out a strong message in the end and bring perpetrators to justice in some way. Many are based on social issues so they tend to be sad but with happy endings. I would recommend Ghissi Pitti Mohabbat if you want to watch a show with various social issues handled with a comic touch. Has depressing elements but unique in that they are presented as dark humour.

I've watched a lot of Pakistani dramas over the years. 😆 They're much easier to binge watch and I fast forward the slower parts. LOL and I'm with you on how they address social issues. A lot of them deal with spirituality too .... my favorite remains Sehr-e-Zaat in that aspect. I watched it on a whim cuz of Mahira but found the concept super interesting.
