Sure as we humans are known by our respective nationality of the language we speak except african continent and the indian subcontinent due to multitude of languages. But Sai as he is born in Telangana and his mother is Telugu speaker so he is half Telugu from mother's side and as his father is from Maharashtra and the language spoken in the state is Marathi so he is half Marathi from his father's side so in total he is Half Marathi Half Telugu based on the respective languages of his parents.
