Honestly, 'hawa mein filter' and 'bhool bhool' have been such good learnings for me, as funny as they sound. Not in my personal life, but professionally I overthink stuff so much. This week only I got caught in random crossfire of office politics, and it was giving me sleepless nights. But remembering this did help.
I think this is the one thing where I naturally relate to Raghav. Most of the times, I only think about the issues that I can personally solve in any way. If there's nothing I can actively do to help, I chuck it. Jo hona hai hoga, I'll make my move when it's needed. It seems like a selfish attitude sometimes, but it's practical? ๐คท It's just me caring about my own mental health.
Unlike Raghav, though, I give just as much weightage to other's problems as I give my own ๐ It's just the one factor โ whether or not I can make an active change to the situation.
