I mostly read crime thrillers. So if you ask me if I have read psychological thriller, it will be difficult to answer.

I think I have read some psychological thrillers. Only one I can remember now is Gone Girl. That book was so dark and kinda disturbing at some parts.

If you love psychotic characters, Gone Girl is the best read. Girl on the train is another psychological thriller. It's ending is kinda twisted like Silent patient.

I will pm you some good books as soon as I remember it.

I usually stay away from 'bloody' books as it disturbs me. I am having more than enough nightmares, so don't wanna add some bloody ones to it. But I can help you with dark and scary books.
