Yes much later around 285th episode after they came closer and started to like each other a lot. Kathir listens to only part of the conversation between Mullai. Meena (Rishita) and Kanna(Krish) and misunderstands her. He again withdraws, stops talking to her, she goes to her mother's place, it was only for 5 days in the show but it took them more than 25 episodes to reunite. She comes back on her birthday ad Dhanam and Murthy (GauRa here) ask her to come back and finally KM talk in episode 315 and reunite. In the whole series that was the only separation between them😃
