We all were surprised why they didn’t have a proper talk regarding the circumstances they faced . From day 1 of truth revelation they all have problems with status . Adhi also pointed out this … after their status issue solved they may listen to Adilie.

Actually this plot of story widely opened the scope of subject all time discussed in literature & movies … differences between classes & complex love story.

Now we have problems with T’s behaviour but Same thing is done by Adhithya also… some scenes of pre marriage seems to be compromising adhithya with Anu.. he may take excuse of get rid of imlie & forget the trauma by forced marriage he behaved like that … But at that scenes we get an Adhithya entirely different from initial episodes. But we see his oscillation also. Even Adhithya tolerated all the behaviour from Anu …Adhithya also once said to imlie that he will not allow her to be the reason of demeaning his name … Even in cricket bat incident Imlie has monologue when sees Adhithya “Abhi bolega izzat..”

War just begin with T’s .

I want to see Adilie to deal with herd mentality of pd people also…that is some more cruel..

Yeah. Agree. He was also worst at a times. Especially, chandan n mitti, jagrata night. But he had a pattern n most of the times. Whenever he used to feel/show concern about her very next moment he used to insult/humilate her.. it was like his defense mechanism.

I hated how he talked abt Imlie with M in hospital when n Imlie got his wallet for him n was outside. poor girl still understood him n his predicament n talked with him to make him feel better.

Bold 2: That he even tolerated Anu talking nonsense abt his family. Though he didn't say anything but sometimes it was shown him feeling uncomfortable when Anu used to insult Imlie. Like during Mehendi ceremony that bhog thing that scene in kitchen also during that baraat scene when Anu offered that nazar uttara hua bundle of notes to Imlie. That time also he was angered. Apu has asked him to control.(If I remember correctly). But he was definitely impressed by Imlie how she handled both these situations.

Main problem for audience to accept Ts behaviour is because audience has seen Tripathi's literally showering love n care on her. Whereas in Adi's case, he didn't know her that well that time.

Bold3. No It was not about that. She only meant he will come n ahout at her. So abhi jo bhi izzat kamayi ye daat ke sab utar denge.. It was more of Adi's nature of Imlie ko daat woh chahiye phir pyaar mein ya ghusse mein😆

Wohi toh. When we first saw that reaction, we always felt like they would never be like this. That is why we say that Imlie is much more perceptive, realistic and aware of her surroundings than Adi ever was. That is why it is easier for Imlie to take in everything, despite hurting inside as she was prepared for this eventuality.

Something also struck me when today she told Radhaji that taunt me later, function hai ghar pe, I also want to do something. Matlab in sab mein bhi she does not stop her haq jamaoing albeit very softly but surely.

Adi & Imlie ka saath really drives us to watch all the remaining crap as well. Matlab no matter what, just a few scenes spinkled throughout the epi and we are good, baaki ke saare characters jaaye bhaad mein🤣

I refuse to analyse DD motivations anymore, coz matlab hi nahi banta jab woh khud nahi jaanti ki woh chahti kya hai.😆

Aparna today was in full on ITV sasuma mode, yet it was cute to see her real self peeking out beech beech mein.😆

Predictions ke liye toh pata nahi, whoever comes first, I have honestly stopped caring, kyunki Imlie has also resigned herself that jo hoga woh hoga, as long as she has BS & her studies, she is still somewhat sorted. Beech beech mein yaad aati hai aur bura lagta hai, but she never lets that get her down. Yahaan it is BS who is more hell bent on getting her that haq and disproving his family's soch.

KC & AC were cute as MIL & SIL. They should get more scenes together, seeing that AC is hell bent to get the divorce done fast.

Bold: Very true. And this also comes from what she has been surviving in since small. Village backgrounds are much more regressive and amidst that for an illegitimate child to grow isn't a cake walk. Growing up in such places and having witnessed this..... discrimination or whatever you call it, she is more aware of how the society works and thinks. This is basically in the mindset. Talks of equality etc are easy to make but following those to the T - ofc no one will or can!

So Imlie was prepared to take it. But I really did hope that such mindset wouldn't come to play its deviousness here considering how wonderfully the Ts had bonded with Imlie and knew her. Maybe even if they had to show, they could have shown Radha with that mentality and even Aparna. Radha has had that regressive thinking in her. But Pankaj and Harish - no! That wasn't needed. They could have shown them upset, disturbed but not so demeaning (BK's words).

Italics: That she does because no matter what, she can never stop caring for these people. She knows why they have been behaving such but she also knows unke keh dene se the place she holds doesn't cease to exist.
