+1 on the college scene. I was worried on seeing the segment that the actual scene would be cringey and I would have to FF it, but surprisingly it was rather cute. Loved how Adi knew just what chabi was needed to tune Imlie to agree to his request.😆.

Aparna is following her son's footsteps on the lying and manipulation. But just like her son, she is also feeling the regret & weight of her lie. That one line differentiated her from AC & Malini for me. Despite everything, this manipulation and emotional blackmail does not come easily to Aparna, neither is it without consequences. That shows that her core is still intact, right now it is just piled on with a lot of muck. As for the separation, somewhere today Aparna has accepted that. She knows that she cannot have Malini back in Adi's life as his wife, but she wants to show the world that her bahu is still there with them and all is hunky dory. That shows that Aparna is using Malini just to keep up the appearance of normalcy, while really not expecting her to get back with Adi, as she knows that is not possible. Again all this manipulation does affect Aparna as well, but she shrugs it off on the pretext that she is doing it to save the maan-maryada of the T house.

Guests leave the function as they suspect an EMA b/w Adi & Imlie, as Adi's shaadi was done with Malini pure samaj ke saamne. So yeah, that soch will not change, no matter how much Adi screams on top of his voice that Imlie is his first wife.

AC's fashion sense has always been fantastic, which her daughter could never even try to replicate.🤢

BTW today she looked extra nice and I really loved that color on her.😆

Adi's classroom scene was so good today..GM is a natural actor..really loved the way he was asking everyone to be attentive, then tapping on the first desk and asking the girl right in front of him to pay attention, and THEN starting off with his lecture. He just nailed it. I told this in another thread too..loved how he subtly chopped the guy who said he doesnt know Imlie with an "Acha!? Aapka naam kya hai!?". Like oh you donno my wife!? Well then I haven't known you too..have a nice day! 😂😂😂

Haha and yes... if I start talking about Aparna and Ts I would probably wont stop😂😂..and this thread will go on foreva!!..so I am leaving it for the makers to decide..let them do as they please.

I want to talk abt Imlie now. Adi is correct ki 'Agar abhi saamna nahi kiya aur door chali gayi toh hamesha ke liye door hojaogi and unka Cheap Regressive mindset saach prove hojayega' But Adi ye nahi samajh raha how does it feel to be unwanted by someone and somewhere. Trust me that feeling is worst 🥲. Ppl are you who know you don't talk to you, ignore you to the fullest ....it hurts. I know Adi is there with her lekin jabtak aap hi khud ke saath na ho toh kisi aur ka saath bhi kam padhta hai. It's so tough for me to watch her in such state 😒

Finally coming to The maan ki ati bholi Malini didi🙂. Mai na seriously thak chuki hu didi ke roz ki nautankion se. Har roz koi naya drama 🙄. I so want her to turn into Pakhi kuch maza toh aayega dekhne mai usse fir. Lekin nahi makers ko toh usse Tyaag ki Devi, Maahan Aatma jo bana na hai. BORING and IRRITATING that's what her character is. Even Mayuri can't save this character now🤷🏽‍♀️. Her character is just roaming in circles ⭕. AC is also fed up of her. KC ji ko meri taraf se ek suggestion....save your life and run warna aapke zindagi par bhi grahan lag jayega 🌑. Hame log toh abhi bhi grahan ke side effects se bhugat rahe hai🥲🙃.

PRECAP: Looks like team Imlie desperately wants 3+ trp again. Thoda kathin aahe pan jaari rahu dya...kya pata kis din lucky fir miljaye. Waise they are doing fine with trps 2.8 isn't bad...8.30 time slot mai competition bohat hai as compared to other shows.

Apu grovels to didi to invite her to the function blatantly lying that adi wants her there. Didi being didi does not even question on purpose ofcourse as to why adi would invite her there. Some bs excuse that she does not want to disrespect apus wishes🤢 was used for her to land up there.

Adi providing housla to imlie to not run away from the muh dikhaayi kyunki unko poori duniya ke saamne chalna hai was ❤️. Kal serious patrakaar se samajh ki ghatiya soch, uski maa aur malini ki takedown kaa mujhe besabri se intajaar hai. It is going to be depressing to see adilie get humiliated which will lead i think to bs exploding.

Thanks Wizardji. Honestly my patience today almost ran out with the amount of lulz I was feeling at the whole series of events that were unfolding today.

But like they say, there is always a silver lining, I was looking for cracks in Aparna's behavior and could find alot of them today. This woman is slowly starting to feel the weight of her decisions and manipulations, so looks like we would be getting their flips in the next 2 -3 weeks tops (do not know why I try, but lets see if this prediction comes true).

If given a chance Adi toh aaj principal ke office mein jaakar intercom pe announce kar deta that he is AKT & Imlie is his wife.

Aparna today showed me that she is ready to do anything, just to maintain status quo including lying and scheming to get her way (remind you of someone). That is why karma is going to be giving back to her in spades through her son announcing to the world that Malini is his first wife.

Adi's pep talk to Imlie showed that he not only realized that Imlie is feeling scared, but also wanted her to understand his reasoning behind pushing for this despite knowing her true feelings about it. Adi does not want to force her for anything she does not want to do, but wants to push her out of her comfort zone to own her identity of being his wife & T's bahu. He does not want the world to pass judgements on her based on factors that are beyond her control and is using this opportunity to introduce her true pehchaan in front of the world. That of being worthy to be called Imlie Tripathi by the whole world.

I caught the episode in haste tonight- The only take away for me for now, is that Adi and Imlie who are trying so diligently to be the voice of reason, gave each other a reason to smile! A momentary smile, but it was for each other. Nothing is more beautiful than a smile that has struggled though tears..!
