Would you become an Actor if you got the chance?

In an ideal world, if you who had the age, the looks and the connections to help you get a lead role in a mainstream film, would you give it a shot?

I personally know I'd love the career for it's potential of great financial earnings if things take off, the fame it can give us, the celebrity status

Also the chance to get a break from the grind of of 9 to 5, to work on just a few films a year and explore stunning locations. I mean, amazing benefits.

But I cannot understand how these celebs, keep such a strong tab on their eating habits. Foodies will struggle.😆 It's like sacrificing a major joy in life, to look the part. They do occasionally binge and cheat too, but still comes with a cost.

I cannot keep up or maintain a lavish airport look 24/7. I’m also very low maintenance so the paparazzi would rip me apart if they see what I wear to my local 7/11 petrol station.

I am extremely low maintenance myself and even if I have those products / clothes that make me jazz up, I would not know how to make the best use of them😆 Even if I get the make up and clothing part right by fluke, I won't know how to bring the attitude that these celebs have to post. I'll probably be in the Shraddha Kapoor category.. simple/sweet

These folks have personal make up artists, who may help them give that look even for airports, if needed etc. Depends on if they need it. But since most of these BW celebs are quite glamorous themselves and may pull out a look for the Airport by themselves.

I am a terrible actor and don’t even have any looks to get past that. And my parents definitely aren’t rich.

Nope, I dont like fame unless it is a good fame, I dont like acting or movies either. These days I like watching youtubers more because they are giving you the family contents that movies are not giving.

I like makeup and glam but I’m too lazy for it. Everything all leads down to my level of laziness and CBF attitude. Even if I had hired professionals to do everything for me, I’ll be a pain to work for. Nobody likes to work for someone who is a couch potato through and through.

Also, I can’t live with the lack of privacy and criticism you get as a celebrity. I’ll be one of those celebrities who would have a fake account on India Forum just to fight members who say mean things about me 😆. I’ll also make 50 MIDs to for myself in polls. Totally immature and petty. It’s not the life for me 😌

When you put it that way, it all sounds very enticing but there are some stumbling blocks for me.....😆

More than doing my hair, makeup and looking good at all times, the thought of sucking up to bollywood uncles and kowtowing to the ill-mannered directors makes me sick to my stomach. That's the first stumbling block.

Second one is fame that comes with a heavy price ... like your personal life would be out there for everyone to judge every minute of the day. Can't imagine living with millions of opinions buzzing around me on why I do what I do and then getting trolled or "cancelled" if God forbid I say something politically incorrect.

Becoming a pop culture demigod with millions of followers would also do my head in. I don't know how these celebrities don't feel like scamsters. I would also have to live with all these dark secrets of so many people and their lives since I would be one of them.

I would end up checking myself to the nearest loony bin cuz I'd definitely have a bunch of mental health issues starting with imposter syndrome.

Surely there has to be another way to make millions and go on paid vacations? My dream is passive income (in millions, since we're dreaming 😆) while I pursue my passion ... which isn't acting or getting mobbed wherever I go.

Whenever I'm watching any fun bloopers for any show or movie, then yes...makes me want to be an actor seeing people have fun while working.
