No idea about Mubu tv but Zee Next was Zee network first hindi youth channel with shattered in a year or two. It had good shows but that time it couldnt pull the audience. Real was a very modern channel of that time but it was stupid too as they launched only 4 shows altogether, it was a joint venture channel of Alva bros ent and Turner international.
