This is common practice for any show

For MHRW I will say it is not because of story is not good but time slot and lack of promotion is issue

They are failing to attract new viewers or should I say they are not even trying for that

They can promote in many ways

PH is also responsible for promo

Acche se show ko promote kre via other means as well as convince channel to give out promos and try to secure a repeat telecast.

All day long 3 shows are only on repeat kese trp nhi jyada hogi uski.

I have seen this that people and by people I mean viewers turn on their tvs while working and watch repeat telecast also along with the original telecast.
