Disappointed, but I'll stick around till the end just for Param, Akshita and Rajat. If they're not slacking off in their acting, I won't be slacking off as a fan (or a chahnewala as Param said!)

I'm inclined to put more of the blame on 4Lions atm, unless Sony displayed extreme kanjoosi while negotiating an extension, but it looks like 60% on 4 Lions and 40% on SET India in my books.

This is sensible request. As it might be very difficult to convince Sony/PH to continue on TV but SonyLiv pe kar sakte hai. And this is not unheard of. They did it with EDKV2

He said if trps go up by 31 there is achance of this show to be saved

I didn't follow all the updates but I think the actors aren't supposed to say anything until other sources announce it. I don't really blame them if they lied because it's their job, and sometimes we have to hide certain things in our jobs as well, just for survival, even if it goes against our nature. Aapki kismat kharab nahin hai, aapka taste in shows achcha hai. Like most of us in this forum. We are in the minority that enjoy non-saas-bahu type shows that are more contemporary in setting & characterisation, where the FL is modern & not a doormat. But theTRP aunties are just the opposite & they are in the overwhelming majority. At the end of the day this is a business & trps bring in the advertising revenue that kerps the fires burning.

Unfortunately Sony has a track record of starting good shows with a fresh concept that appeals to folks like us, then struggle for trps against the bahus of star plus, and prematurely give up & shut the show.
