After watching last two days episodes Tripathi ke bareme mera jo bhram tha vo tut gya. Jab Jab Anu Chaturvedi Tripathi's ka kachra karati thi Aadi mother Aparana ko understanding mode me dekha tha tab muze lagata tha Tripathi family rishto ke bare me apne bete ke khushi ke liye Anu ko bardasht karate hai. Kya pata tha ki ye to Anu ke status aur paise pe lattu the. Konse ladkevele taane sunate hai. Totally disappointed with Tripathi family. Anu Chaturvedi at least jo hai vo openly hai. But it's truth of society.

@Bold: Married with two kids myself. I think in initial phase of a marriage, family interference always remains..but from what I have experienced, when you and the family gets the confidence..it starts to dwindle. I have never lived in a joint family and have been a very independent person myself. When you establish some boundaries and respect others boundaries too, I think it just becomes very mutual. Is it easy to do, no. Arguments,, conflicts and friction always prop up in any kind of relation dynamics. It is with age and education you learn to use the right words.

Having said that I think that any inherently good at heart person, will not be as vile as T's are being right now. And again I think that is where it is difficult for me to comprehend. Makers and script writers ki galti hai yeh toh. They are nice, they are shown to be nice and now the language they are speaking is nothing less of trash. They are an upper middle class family who probably have seen struggles themselves so their actions and the lingo they are using is what an inexperienced, nasty and un-polished person would speak. Has age and life not taught them anything? Is the first time they have seen a crisis? Oh well, jaane do yaar...T's ne itna hungama macha rakha hai ki haye tauba ho rakhi hai...😆 There are some other lovely things that the past episodes have reflected on- how the younger generation is more open minded and compassionate, Sundar's uncomplicated yet cherishable friendship with Imlie...and more so AKT being the voice of morality!

I am just seeing this as the representation of what probably still exists in some societies in India, a way to spice up the drama albeit in a very loud and sour way and get TRP, maybe! As for how this reflects on the next progression for Imlie- well sometimes you have get knocked down lower than you have ever been to stand up taller than you ever were...and that is probably what they are doing right now. Imlie will rise, has to rise!

I have never lived in a joint setup post marriage except during annual visits to India but growing up, I had my grandparents live with us.. consider myself to be an independent thinking person and progressive to boot. That said, it has been my experience that when people are hurt and angrily lash out, the words that come out are the Worst... that is why elders always say, not to utter anything in anger as words once spoken cannot be taken back. They remain with you till your dying day. I can relate to the T's and I know that many cannot comprehend... this is life. All bets are off and the mask slips... a marriage goes through it ups and downs.. and Adilie have been through a lot already.

I guess everyone has a choice to make, do you want to recall the hurt words/betrayal like Anu and live your life taunting your husband for 20 years, making everyone around you unhappy or move on ahead by forgiving, not saying forget so that no one can EVER treat you like that ever again like Imlie did? Things will always happen, it is HOW we REACT that matters, that choice lies in our hands.. you are the master of your destiny. Imlie's inherent goodness is preventing her from retorting back to the T's but there may come a time when she will be forced to reply, to preserve her dignity. How soon that will come will depend on the makers meherbaani😆

The makers have succeeded in creating a buzz around this track, right people are having extreme reactions, people are upset and talking points have been created.. Younger gen anyway does not care for NKK these days and are in a different zone altogether.

Sundar is uneducated but his bg has made him compassionate and non judgemental... that is in his DNA, an inherently good soul.

P for Platonic or Progression, if they are in the same room, more convos,more Adilie scenes.. I am being greedy here... the possibilities are endless. . if they get it right..

Today was a very good episode in terms of content. Plenty of content and so much to write about. So please bear with me while I recall every moment to give a recap and my thoughts on the same.

Opening was Imlie trying to study and failing miserably to focus... poor thing it is hard for anyone to focus on studies when you have been though the wringer... 😭She bangs her head and keeps repeating that galti kar dees... 😭Now this has many layers.. one is revealing the truth to the family, keeping the truth from the family, hurting her M didi, her BS got thappad due to her... she literally bangs her head with her textbooks.. ouch..😒. Adi is on his way to her when he sees that.. he sits beside her and they have a lovely convo..❤️

Imlie was sounding so vulnerable and broken here.. ❤️ what if I had uttered the truth in lovely spoken English, would the family have accepted the truth??? She has always seen her amma utter the truth and cry.. in the city the truth when uttered in the local dialect loses its impact and is considered a falsehood..

Adi assures her that Truth is just that, truth.. and some people cannot recognize even if it Hit them in the face. Imlie expresses her desire to return to PD with her amma and dadda.. Adi asking if she wants to leave him alone and go..to which she shakes her head like an innocent child.. she is all that..innocent, true, naive, spirited, intelligent all rolled into a single girl called Imlie.

Adi reassuring her that his family will accept her as she has melted a stone like him..☺️ she does not want to separate him from his family.. Adi has FB of the promise made to her amma n dadda that he will support her till his last breath. PT n Apu see and overhear Adili convo...tail end of their convo where Adi says the decision lies with them, if they accept her or not, then they will also lose him in the process. ❤️

PT calling his son's pyaar as daya ... little does he know.. Apu thinking she can bring Adi on to the straight path as he strayed and is off course. Now she has become a total Dd bhakt... 🤢

Next up was the water sprinkling and waking up Imlie.. trying to get her out before the house awakens.. moving her to the hostel..overnight arrangements have been made.. Imlie wearing the new MS.. forgot to mention that above.. how it came about.. well still a mystery. Hurrying her up... uff... why this kolaveri for Imlie??? Poor girl...

Rupi.. comes to save the day.Radha looks so constipated and frozen when she talks.. Rupi yells for Adi... who asks Imlie where are you going?

Drama by the front door that anyone passing by would have had a front row seat to the family politics n drama. 🤣

Apu reiterating that she is still a naukrani and will pay her off.. to Adi retorting that can they pay for her love, that she has showered on them. Radha asking Sundar to throw her stuff out..😡

Sundar.. hugs to you man.. ❤️ ⭐️ you are the next Best thing to sliced bread... 😆 staunchly defending his pal.. that he will leave with his things but will not throw Imlie's samaan out... Apu literally rolling her eyes a this.... What made me happy was that Adi witnessed this and knows he has his support too.

BK telling Imlie to leave.. and Adi is like I can talk to my wife but can't say anything to you..

Then he goes to Imlie and huskily whispers.... Tum yahaan se kahin nahi jaogi... yahin par rukhogi..hum abhi aa rahe hain. ❤️❤️❤️ The voice modulation here is to die for.... Gash... is so awesome here.... ok..fangirl moment..😆

Comes with his boriya bistar and then all hungama... in the T's... Apu literally grabbing his arm to stop her son from leaving...aiyeyaeya... her son has her genes and is as stubborn as her. Clash of titans here.👍🏼 Tu iss ladki ke liye apna parivar chod dega... bas karo yeh nautanki... throws out her potli.. which falls at the feet of Dd..😔 who has been invited by Apu to patch up things between AM.

Dd had extra makeup on and her face was so chamkeela... it was like a light bulb in my face... 😆

Imlie still hesitating to go back inside and Adi forces her.. go on inside with Rupi.. wondering why M was invited.. We are too Adi... why is she even here...🤣

Anu complaining about the middle class clowns and crazy girl Malini went answering their call...🤣 her words are right again.. sale ke coupon ikkate karne wale Tripathi or second class fikar of Aditya... hmm I will do anything to keep my daughter away from that family including using KC..

The T's saying sorry to M... admonishing her for not revealing the truth earlier.. plea.. come back to us.🤢. M being mahaan... that fact is not going to change as Adilie love each other.. again side stepping when asked directly by Apu if she still loves Adi... then.. the truth bomb... that she is her sister..real sister.. her father is also Imlie's baba. Mithi's lover was her papa.. Dev C😡

Adi putting back Imlie' s books and samman back in her kona...Imlie saying she must leave, to Adi saying I will be unhappy without you, the family will be unhappy to see me like this.. running away is not the solution..why is his family calling Malini baar baar... good question... please put a FULL STOP to this nautanki n mahaanta by Malini.. it is torturous to see her.

The Tripathis especially Radha jumping to blame Mithi.. uff... what is this woman... made of... so crass n loudmouth... jaisi maa jaise beti....🤢

Malini promising that Dev will accept and give his name to Imlie in society/status...

Precap - Adi moving Imlie to his room... and the whole family is gathered in the kona..while Imlie is looking on like the deer caught in the headlights...

Will she or won't she move? My guess is she will want to stay put.. but Adi might have different idea and he may shift to the kona while Imlie goes to his room.. staying together in the same room while the divorce is not finalized.. not a good idea that Imlie will never agree to.. and also not accepted by the Tripathis.. uh uh.. No..

Good synopsis, thanks. A few episodes back the shot of Imlie's kona with two pillows side by side looked like a double bed. I thought by now that Adi would have come to join her there. But she might be too shy. So yes, up to Adi's room please though he should make a point of sleeping on the couch. Sundar is turning out to be a great character. Imlie has become too chastened to stand up for herself. Apu and Radha are just too despicable to even spit at. Dev is all bluster and no substance. Has yet to really stick up for his daughter Imlie at all, surely he should at least stop Anu bad-mouthing his own child? She is an innocent victim. Imlie needs a much bigger potli. With all those books she will need a trolley for the weight it is carrying. A shame she did not have time to leave behind everything they had given her to make a grand gesture that she wants nothing from the bigoted elders.

I too want an MS scene, even if brief. Is it too much to hope for, that we might get it in an FB some time?
