Getting the ideas from Mr.Sunny. You see, in her nibba nibbi pyaar she thinks that getting attention is equal to importance. She is yet to understand that Pallavi is so important to Raghav, right now that he is literally sacrificing himself, he could have paid any other person to take the blame but he knows that, Pallavi will get to the root of it and moreover he also thinks, this is equivalent, the sister cannot go to jail so the brother does.
