Thanks so much nim_var for opening up the thread..great write up of an episode that was much calmer.
Are we now done with all the available crass remarks out there? Starting from the saturday episode it looks like the makers were working hard on a playlist of most popular abusive remarks on ITV. I am hoping the checkmark is done through the list. Because I am seriously done. I have so far forwarded C's..and have become a champion on the accuracy of my forwarding skills...it will not take me much to forward the T's too.
Now that I have got that woe out off the way..let me focus on Adi and Imlie. How heart warming was the first scene. She thinks speaking in English, the high society language will affirm their sach. Sigh! If only! Loved AKT's "sach ek bhasha hai" The hardest language to speak is the truth. Adi and Imlie have done that part...unfortunately truth is the hardest language to be understood too. But Adi is now defiant- Atal! I just wanted to hug Imlie when she said she wants to go to PD with dadda and amma..(for a moment ek hope bhi karli maine toh- PD track! )..but then Babusahib brought his insecurities in there with the most subtle way which made her question her own wish...These two just enhance even simple dialogues to such a blissful level. So much calmness in that entire scene despite of the storm brewing inside and outside of them...I loved that this was the first scene today.
Again Adi proved that nothing really is going to waver his stance for Imlie and their sach. He was ready to just leave with her after packing in a super sonic speed...mujhe toh lagta hai usne yeh bag tayyar rakha hai...He knows he may need it any moment! 😆
Malini..uff! I am not going to go there...Adi pretty much summed up my feelings on her arrival on the scene of action! You the man Adi...mutlab 100% on those *seriously* expressions! Ofcourse pretty mad at the makers for the scene she got today. It aint her place to harp about Imlie's truth in the most nonchalant way..
Shout out to Sundar-- Go Sundar! You tell these folks how this is done!
Shout out to Rupi di-- for being the elder sister Imlie really needs! Because the one who *really* is, was busy levitating in her oscillation between two sides of the world! To move or not move on!
Shout out to the camera man who focused on how well Babusahib kept the books on the table. My OCD tendency wanted to applaud that last touch BS gave that pile.!🤪
Shout to the mangalsutra for being cute and just being there! If only it had given a chance to understand how it reached where it was...I would have been happier...but koi na!
So now the million dollar question is Kaun disha mein ab chali re Imliya?! Will she or will she not move in with Babusahib? I want to be in the winning team this time...so I will come back later on that...😆
